1
Call
Call our office prior to leaving your home. We can advise you on wait times or instruct you to come over immediately in cases of emergency. Give our receptionists as much information as possible about your pet in a timely manner so they can best advise you and inform our veterinarians.
2
Arrival and Check In
Upon arrival one of our knowledgeable, licensed veterinary technicians will assess your pet and place you in a waiting queue that is determined based on time of arrival and urgency of care required. One of our staff will keep you updated on wait times.
3
Exam, Diagnostics and Treatment
A veterinary technician will take you and your pet to an exam room where they will collect a detailed history and your pet will be examined by one of our veterinarians. We do not accept requests for specific veterinarians for exams. The veterinarian will present you with a plan for diagnostics and treatments. These will be completed only with your approval.
